Welcome to Shropshire Disc Golf!

The course at Mereside in Shrewsbury is now open, and is free to play at all times of day.

Mereside is a 9-basket disc golf course set around a glacial mere on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.  The fairways are generally very open, with most of the baskets on very small greens protected on 3 sides by hedge.

A map of the course is available on a large notice board at the course, and we recommend taking a digital camera or camera phone so you can take a snap of the map and refer to it on your way round!

There are no discs available on site, so you can either contact us and we may be able to meet you there, or head on over to Disc Zoo and pick yourself up a disc or two. Our tips are to keep it simple, and start out with mid-range discs, then expand to drivers and putters as you begin to get the feel of the discs.
